what were u trying to do to the toad?! restart its heart?! i had to handle the same toads last semester too..thank god its over :P sorry for the lag in commenting..havent been around for ages hehe
it is no mere toad alice bong lee hom! it is a highly poisonous cane toad! one prick can kill a whale. lol. no la.. the frog is alive.. but we destoyed his brains by injecting some stuff.. so its brain dead but alive. then we took out the heart and did and ECG. then we attached a force transducer to measure the mechanical beating. See how the heart beating has a delay from the electrical impulse and etc.. then finally we artificially stimulated the heart at diff parts of cardiac cycle to test absolute refractory period and all those la.. stimulate allot then the heart will go crazy and fribillate...
ahhh.. sien or not reading that? hahahaha.. i feel bored even typing it.. this blog is for fun ok? not for study! heh.. but no.. never start heart... what did u all do with the toads?
hahahaha we plucked out their legs so we can measure how the muscle contraction is affected by stimuli etc zzzzzz..no actually the legs were already plucked out for us. boooo...no more toads ever again! they stunk! weee and again the delay in visiting ur blog n what bong lee hom =.=
