Today, i woke up really early and kept trying to fall asleep again. When i finally woke up at 10. i realise it was 11. Yes. As stupid and as shocking as it sounds to u, so it was for me. My handphone conveniently used some kind of auto daylight saving to minus 1 hour on my HP time. But daylight-savings is next week.
I dont know who to blame but i ended up having 1 hour less today.

I went lunch and grocery shopping... but i didnt bring the house keys! my roommate went to bondi beach so i had to knock on the door. Luckily my housemates were in. Now barrier number 2: How do i get into my room?
Simple.

Gap + Me = Inside room.

Ha... now uve seen a glimpse of my "room".. i shall reveal no more! :p
And when i wanted to bathe AND use the wash room today... my housemate was taking a super long 20+minute bath... the troubles of sharing the washroom..

Anyway, today i went to a restaurant which does not allow you to spend $6 per person. Writen on the menu $6 minumum per person. And when we didnt reach the requirement, they came back and ask us to order more.. i thought that was pretty weird.

And once again, the cameraless person shall post up pictures, most of which are stolen. Heh.. (except shots of scenery. Because they feel different if they're not taken yourself- even if others took it with a 10megapix anti shake cam)

Dont wanna ruin this shot: we saw a rainbow BELOW us. Across the valley. IT was AWESOME. SO beautiful. But my camera sucks. This trip we saw 2-3 rainbows thanks to a short drizzle and some heavier rain later.

Sorry this was such a long post.. I know its unsual of me to post pictures since i never liked taking pictures.. When all u guys go back to msia end of this year, we better meet up and eat steamboat or something!

Easter bunny?

I just came back from FOCUS church camp... The weather was so darn cold and it was raining 1/2 the time... My body was in shock and didnt heal it.. I kept getting better, and then falling sick again.. a very irritating perpetual cycle... but i will be well =)
Anyway, dispite being sick and not having my voice, i thought the camp was great...
(yes i had sore throat, flu and slight feveron the 1st day. No voice = no talking nonsense! imagine how depressed i was! sigh... i was so sad... haihhhhh...)

I have never studied a chapter in a bible in such great detail before... (at times i think it was overkill) but i think it really makes things so clear.. and so... undeniable..
I never realise i didnt know so much.. at least not for certain.. what i knew i took for granted that it was all i needed to know... I guess it was so wishy washy... Luckily nobody ask me much about Christianity.. and that i often try not to discuss topics as such either.. :p

Anyway, it was a 4 day camp, and since it WAS during easter... so the main topic was on the ressurection of Jesus Christ.. as a long old moldy christian, this topic was not really aluring to me.. i mean to me, it has always been, He died for our sins, rose again. That was it. Never questioning more to this. Never really searching for proof or accusations against it either.
But im glad i went to camp. How it shed light on things... Why did he have to die AND rise? what is the significance? What does it matter? so many answers to questions i never knew i had.. so in that sense, it was good..

Eh sorry for boreing u to death.. here are some pictures i took with my awesome (aka shit) camera (aka cameraPHONE)... there are no pictures of me because asking people to take picture for me using my camera would be an insult to their skills and also rather embarassing because the picture WILL turn out shit.. Once ppl put up pictures on facebook, i will steal them and post them here for my beloved few readers, as i always do =).. see how much i love u guys! Miss u guys... allot.. haih..

(which unsurprisingly, aluring to the older crowd... heck i climbed up the instant i saw it!...and came down the moment i felt abit unconfortable with the FREAKIN cold wind and random stares by passerbys.)

since i "lied" to dimi about posting something up soon.. haha... i thought id have lotsa time to do trivial things like uploading pictures of food and myself and putting nifty lil comments under them.. but now i have so many weird assignments to do... most of what i learn is still very airy fairy.
Anyway, i just found out that cassie (aka the machine) has been pooling people to tell me i suck, even though im this far away.. i think it can only be fair that i tell people back in malaysia to do the same..
hmm... so much has happened that i cant really remember things.. but Sydney's like a girl having PMS.. Sometimes its quite fun and nice, and sometimes you just sit down and said "THIS COUNTRY SUCKS!" .... more often than not, for me at least, is when u see stuff 9999x more expensive than in malaysia...

*looks at economy rice* AU$8.50..... wth... *makes mental calculation* 8.50x3 = RM25.50.
*equate with similar priced food* "i can eat lamb shoulder in chillies"

Look at thai food, price- AU$12-15 ... *mental calc*
RM36-45... the mean is around 40.. RM0.80 for 1 roti kosong..
*equate* i can eat 50 roti canai...

But im slowly evolving to be indifferent towards the price..

I might be going for medical camp this weekend.. but im still thinking about it coz its so expensive!!! its AUD180 for 3 days!! 3 freakin days! and the 1st day we leave Uni after classes at 5pm.. haihh... 180x3= 540.. OMG can stay hotel!
Then after that easter got Easter Getaway aka church camp... quite interested but again, AUD190!!.. but for 4 days... ^&*()(*&^%^&*()(!*@(#^&!@)#

Then of course ill definately be going for my divers license i think.. since i get a discount of AUD 280.. which means its around.. RM840.. which is AROUND msias price... just with less dives..

so far all u hear from me is money related...hahahaha...

Well the beaches are really nice, the sun increases potential of skin cancer, i dont have sunblock NOR shades, some people have very nice eyes... girls AND guys..
people dont look like what they are here.... if i threw u into the med lectures. u'd nearly never guess the aussies are med students... but if i put u in the Msia Medical lectures... u can see all the freaks there... here the only freaks are the asians.. lol ..
theres this girl who looks like... non nerdy.. but has a 99.5 percentile in HSC (alvl equivalent).. means shes the top of the Aus edu system.. (supposedly)
then when they're drunk, EVEN HARDER TO RECOGNIZE... they'll be bouncing around, peeing everywhere, guys will be jumping on girls laps and whatnot...
YET, theres a guy med student whose arm is in a cast, and when he was drunk,semi concious,hardly looking, eyes droopey, and with 1 hand, solved the rubics cube in less than 5 mins..
Rumours is that he's a math genius...
He looks like a freaking bum la ok!
Girls have guy names and guys have girl names..
oh and i have a bar in my uni..... thats weird isnt it?
