Today i went hillsong church because i couldnt use the washroom in time for the FOCUS church (which i was suppose to attend).. my housemate decided that he would wash his clothes and camp in the toilet for 1 hour.
Anyway, i had to spend 5 bucks on busride to city to go hillsong :x...
Todays sermon was about Faithfulness. (3 mins down)
Mostly taking it from Luke 16:10 and also Matt 25 the parable of the talents.
Faithfulness. What is it? In marraige, in work, in friendship.
Now in the world, it is often defined as what you do not do.
You do not cheat on your wife.
you dont backstab/talk bad about ur good pal...etc
But in fact, faithfulness is more properly defined as what you DO do.

Well the story goes, as summerized, a man is going of to a journey.
He entrusted his property to his servants while he's gone.
He gave 5 talents to one (A), 2 to another (B) and 1 to the last one (C)
This was done according to each of their abilities.
The guy with 5 put his money to work and gain another 5.
Likewise with B.
C was a smarty pants. He dug a hole and put the master's money in the ground.

When the master came back, he replied to A and B, "Well done, good and FAITHFUL servant! you have been faithful with a few things; i will put you incharge of many things. Come share ur master's happiness"
but C, being the smarty pants he told the master "i knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where u have not sown and gathering where u have not scattered seed. So i was afraid and went and his your talent in the groud. See, here is what belongs to you"
master's reply: You wicked, lazy servant!.....(got summore)
i think the take home line was "Faithfulness is taking what you have forward. Advancing it"
Not just keeping it and returning it as it is.
There were relations to marraige (o.O) and work and of course also the gospel.

mom i wanna go home....... to hong kong...yea i cut my hair on the way back from the hospital coz i saw $10 bucks. which was cheap. and i was pestered by friends, dory and ade,and that my hair was too long.. so i thought "cant waste money in australia + dont know when is the nxt time i come to the city = cut!"
i pointed to the guy next to me and said "i want u to cut like his"
it turned out totally different... -_-

Not bad cooking too! I'd never get ne where remotely close. It's endless sandwiches and crap food for me fm here on end....
I actually did this sketch in church camp once about this whole servant and money. I was the fella who put the money in a hole. Just a random thought.

how can u survive just eating sandwich and such? im like so damn hungry most of the time.. and im eating like proper meals.. my roommate doesnt eat as much as me and he's already gets full.. im eating WAYY less than in malaysia.. i feel so deprived..
Learn to cook la dimiii... then when i come NZ in years to come.. u can cook for me =)
